   Since 1 blog entry per week is hard to digest and also is a tad too much for me to handle(too long to write dude!!), so i’ve decided to update the blog whenever i wish too..teaches me to be a more dynamic person rather than just stuck following a routine..(all right, actually i am just plain lazy:) ). I’ve also decided to change the naming convention, since the previous blog is a bit too formal, macam buat log book untuk practical pulak..:)

Monday
  Nothing much happenned, just me and my Monday blues. Struggling to finish my MATLAB codes to simulate IP Over OCDMA.Since i am feeling a little tense, therefore it is my obligation to make other people tense also. Therefore i am going to give a brief explanation on my FYP..Enjoy..hehehhe What is OCDMA? OCDMA(phase-encoded in this case) is basically a combination of CDMA and WDM. It gives each user an orthogonal code which then maps the user by shifting the phase of the same wavelength in a given frequency spectrum. Each spectrum has a different set of codes. If you combine all the spectrum for a specific wavelength, you are going to have a noise like signal. Fascinating, huh?

Tuesday

While i was buying my dinner, i was shocked to see Erwan sedang melepak kat sana. Erwan is someone that i can only meet once per sem je. Biasa aa, player terunggul MMU kan?Hahaha..
We talked for a while along with Fahmi, and also Nadia(did i get the name right?), just to catch up on a couple of things. I masih ingat lagi masa Alpha, nama Erwan tu amatlah famous…sama taraf dengan nama Naza and Azlan..haha..Anyway, nice of him to give me a ride home.

Wednesday
  Finally, i am done with the MATLAB codes. Bangga giler masa dapat simulate because my MATLAB skills are very very bad. Alhamdulillah, siap gak. I went and see Dr Abbou (dengan bangganya) and showed him the codes. He checked the codes and told me everything was fine. The next task is to include MAI(Multiple Access Interference) from the mathemathical model that i had modified from Dr Abbou. Challenging..yes..but also fun..for me that is.

Weekdays

   Met Dr Abbou and he encouraged me to see him at least 3 times a week. Woo..normally it is only once per week. Guess he really cares about the project. He gave me some MATLAB codes to enhance my understanding on the topic. I will perform my best to meet and exceed his expectations, that i will.
    On the other hand, i was quite shock to see my long lost cousin, Syareef, lepaking at my house. It’s been a while since we last met. We caught up on a couple of things, and then we just stayed up the whole night  playing PS2.
     Finally, i have beaten the God Of War. Below is a brief review:
God Of War Review

    This is my 2nd time playing this game. The first time i played the game, i stopped at the Hills of Madness. I thought the game froze , but it seems that there is a long loading sequence. You need to wait around 10 minutes to finish loading.
Anyway, the game was awesome. The graphics were breathtaking. The background for the Pandora’s Temple and at the Underworld were truely a graphical masterpiece. The main character ,Kratos, was also a bad-ass. A merciless killer. He is so bad-ass that he even kills a God and massacred his family. How bad-ass can you get huh? The storyline was interesting also. Going to Pandora’s Temple to get the Pandora’s box to kill Aries, the God of War. Oh yah, there is excessive violence and a brief nudity in this game. The combo system is a masterpiece. You can upgrade your weapons and magics. There is a "majestic" feel to the whole quest, which is why i just love the game.
   Sadly, the game only lasts for around 10 hours and there are only 3 bosses in the game. The Hydra, Minoutaur and the God of War himself. These are only minor complaints though… the overall package was great.

Weekend

  My younger sister, Roselind, celebrated her 10th birthday on the 25th June.To Roselind, my beloved sister: Happy birthday and present dari abang untuk tahun ni is still "kasih sayang" lagi.:)
   I have invited some of my pals and to those who showed up, thank you so much for showing up. My friends who showed up were: Izzam, Azarul, Khairuddin, Imin, Umair, Nadirah and Fakar. I managed to catch up with my old friends espescially Khairuddin(who is the by the way 1st to show up). No wonder we are best friends(still best friend, right?), we have so many things in common . I hope you guys enjoyed the food and i hope that i have been a good host to you guys. If there any any requests for the picture on that day, feel free to message me on friendster.
   That night, Izzam,Azarul,Imin and me went for a movie ,Batman Begins, at Summit. The movie started at 9.15 pm. Anyway, here is a short review of the movie:
Batman Begins Review

   The movie was good. It has a dark atmosphere which i like. The movie potrays Batman more as a human rather than as a superhero. The Batmobile is uber cool. Wish i own one of those baby. The car chase sequence was chaotic. Kereta melayang2, Batmobile melompat2, explosions..just pure chaotic. The storyline and pacing of the movie was also fine by my book. There is never really a dull moment in the movie.  So far the best Batman movie i had ever seen.
The camera for the fight scene was so out of control sampaikan i don’t  really know what is going on. Maybe they do it on purpose to express the chaotic feel of a fight.:).Just my guess..
Verdict:4/5

   After the movie, we went to A&W(near the 3K Inn) to eat our dinner. Even though, the whole day was tiring for me, but i had fun. Nice hanging out with you guys.

Weekdays
   Well, this is the 1st week of MMU and i  found myself pretty busy, pretty busy for a 1st week that is. Guess because i am now a senior therefore i have to do my Final Year Project(FYP). After giving it a long thought, i have finally decided to take Dr Abbou Fuad as my supervisor. The topic that i will be doing is Performance of IP over OCDMA. Before i go on, i would like to thank Dr Hafizal and Mr Khairil for holding out the topic for me. Sorry to cause all the trouble,sir.(Even though, i know there is a small probability that they will ever read my friendster’s blog..:)  )
   Quite suprisingly, i did manage to find some familiar faces that are doing their FYP under Dr Abbou. They are Esther, Rachel and Unice. Even though i always met them in the lecture hall and we talk to each other, but i never knew their names. Glad to be given an opportunity to know them.
    Besides that, we have also formed a group for the Electromagnetic Interference(EMI). The members are Kennedy, Joshua and William. Just had gotten to know William ,even though we always met in the lecture hall. Hopefully, this team will be a success. Insyaallah.
    A new guy just moved in to my apartment. His name is Saiful. Friendly and easy going guy. Nice to talk to.Just on one random night, Azarul, Saiful and me went out  to Hassan’s Cafe to have a good ice breaking session. Well..the main reason is not because of Saiful, the main reason is because Azarul and me feeling sangap sangat, jadi nak membuang masa sikit.
   Azarul and me also went to Alamanda, since we are free right now. Originally planned to go with Johan but because of unexpected delay, only me and Azarul saja yang pergi. A message to Johan: Happy 22nd birthday dude. Sorry aa…i thought nak belanja you hari tu..tapi since ada hal sikit, therefore, i will have to postpone ur birthday present to next year je la. Hope to keep in touch with u dude.

Weekends
   Woo..refreshing weekend indeed. I went back to UM and then fromthere, me and my PINTAR buddies went on to Port Dickson for our closing ceremony .The ceremony is held at Regency. Lama giler tak jumpa them. I managed to take a few pictures but unfortunately my camera went ballistic and malfunctions. Biasa aa..Sony product..haha..just kidding, i am a loyal Sony supporter. Sorry Nani, couldn’t manage to take ur photo masa perwakilan untuk khazanah. Met a lot of new friends, Faizal, Ijai, Sahir,Helmi, Aliza,Huzaifah,Suparman, Nani, Fadilah, Anis , Awang, Fauziah, Saiful, Fahmi, Shams and ramai lagi sampai i pun tak ingat dah nama dia orang. They were a friendly bunch of people. Even though i didn’t stay at UM for the whole duration of my internship, but they are willing to get to know me..lebih-lebih lagi on the final day itself. Thank you everyone.
   At night, ada barbeque. Apa lagi, melantak aa.. Semua orang pun makan melantak tak ingat dunia..haha..After melantak, there is a karaoke event. Kita lepak2 sambil mendengar orang lain menyanyi. Everyone was good. Unfortunately for me, i got called up on stage. Nervous giler plus i am horrible singer. I pun sang one of my old favourite songs, As Long As You Love Me by Backstreet Boy.We all love boybands at one point of our life,right?  Ugghh..my performance was ugly indeed. Anyway, they were kind enough to applaud me. Awang was the MC on that night and he was very entertaining. He should have joined Malaysia’s Top Host. Mesti menang punya. He is that good.
   After the bbq, i had nothing to do, therefore i took a stroll along the beach. Wow, really beautiful scenery. Too bad my camera is broken, kalau tak, i would have taken a photo. It was so beautiful, that it made me sat down and appreciate the view. During my "appreciation" period, i mixed around with some of the PINTAR student which is still around the beach. Struck up a conversation with Shikin aka Maya..haha.. She was friendly. We talked for a while since i just love to lay back at the beach and just chill. To Shikin: Hope to meet you again and good luck on tackling the problems of which life throws at you. Thank you for your advices. And hope you organize a gempak party for your niece..:)
    The next day, it’s time for me to go back home. I didn’t follow the trip to Malacca . Shams, Fairuz and me took a taxi to Seremban. From there , Fairuz and me took the Commuter to our respective place. On the commuter, we talked about a lot of sutff. To Fairuz:Really envy you man, your job gempak giler. Unlike mine..ughh. Anyway, keep in touch.
    A tiring day indeed, but in the end, i am back  safe and sound at Cyberjaya.Alhamdulillah. A very pleasant experience indeed.
  To UMNO: Thank you for giving me an opportunity to join the PINTAR program. Even though my training isn’t very exciting, but i made a lot of new friends and it has widen my perspective on life also. Oh yes..thanks a lot for the cash also. :p
